What happens on this page

These companion sites are operated by Appsolutely Labs LLC. They have no tracking cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, embedded video, third-party fonts or AI that processes user content.

Entries stay only in temporary page memory. There is no submission, account, upload, autosave or browser storage. Fields, previews and print content clear when the page is hidden, left or restored, after printing or cancelling, and when you choose Clear. JavaScript is required for entry fields.

Serving an HTTPS website necessarily involves connection information such as your IP address and the requested public URL. The hosting provider may process or retain operational logs. This site never intentionally includes your entries in those requests. No promise of zero hosting logs is made.

We cannot control browser history, page snapshots, keyboard suggestions, extensions, device backups or operating system memory. Clearing the page is not a guarantee that all device traces are erased. Use a trusted device and avoid names, addresses or other identifying information.

Printing creates a paper or printer copy. Saving as PDF leaves a file containing your entries on your device. We do not receive or store your entries. The page clears after the print dialog closes, including if you cancel; it cannot delete your paper, PDF or printer copies. Keep those private.

Links to the app website and other companion sites contain only public page addresses. They carry no health entries or tracking identifiers. App data transfer is disabled. The destination’s privacy terms apply after you leave.
